Can anybody tell me why they don't do substitutions? I really would like to try some of their pizza, but because I have certain food issues and would have to consider other options.

That's the way they do business. And it's cash only too. The pizza is good and that's all they sell.

They've been doing it like that for 60 years? They'll still hold stuff if you ask them. I think most Round the World's are probably without anchovies.
