Do I need a waiver from parents if my child’s friends are attending and their parents are dropping off and picking up?

Who ever hosting the party will be the one filling out the waiver. I would let the parents fill out waivers before they leave.

I would call them.

You or their parents need to do the waiver. You can do them ahead of time online.
