Yes like mentioned it all depends on what activity you are planning to do while you're there. There's so many to choose from. Go kart racing has a height limit & a 13 yr old could most likely race as long as a parent or guardian signs a waiver & prices vary for from $20-$45 if I'm not mistaken. There's junior, intermediate and adult racing. Arcade games vary from $5-$100 & they also have attraction packages where u get to experience a little bit of everything.
It all depends on what you're looking to do. Free to get in, so you can do arcade games for whatever you'd like. Go kart races are around 35 pet person. 13 may not be able to ride. I needed to provide my license.

A 13 year old can race on the Junior track for $15, go in Dark Ride Motion Theatre for $7, and get a $10 arcade game card. That is what I got for my kids and they had a blast!
You can add any amount on the game card. Just like Dave and Buster or Round 1
