When do the early flowers like tulips start blooming here?

It depends on the weather this year things are late because of the cold weather. Now crocus are in bloom, daffodils, early magnolia are ready to bloom & azaleas eill be soon. S spell of warmer weather will make things move very quickly

Crocus were blooming already. If the weather cooperates, tulips should be in bloom in the next few weeks.
