I believe if your service dog is certified, it would be an ADA violation to not accommodate you. I can't imagine them not being compliant, as everyone was extremely helpful and went out of there way to help. On a side note, everyone treated us with kindness, but I would talk with them about it when making reservations in case the owners of the condo have allergies. I always plan ahead, but not all people are kind, or maybe having a rough day, and can make travel for me difficult. I no longer use SOUTHWEST AIRLINES for this reason.
