I recieved a video of a fellow claiming all the food in carts in back of store was being thrown away. What's the truth on that food?

There is a Celina Ohio. If you notice is the video, the carts have red on them and the ones here in Salina Ks don't. Also the back of the Salina Ks Wal-Mart doesn't look like that from the video. I should know I work there.
