Yes I believe so....9 am. You know the mall doors open at 7 am sometimes earlier store however don't open til 9 am during holidays
During the day before the holiday and through the holiday the stores are usually open through the night - so yes, most stores should be open late like that. This is how the store i work at (Abercombrie Kids) did things during Black Friday.
