What amenities are available at the pads. I.e. hookups such. As electricity. Water. Grey water. Black water. Pool.

Water, electric, sewer are all included. Also pool open during summer. There is also basic cable. Park owners are very nice also!

Mr. Z's is a full-service hookup just know that it's only a 50 amp service so you need an adapter if you don't have one I think Mr Z will supply one as long as you give it back
