Probably because it was disgustingly dirty, had rotten food, bare shelves, and poor management.

When I first move here CTown was a great store. Then I guess they wanted to up grade, instead of closing the store. We got poor service and very low grade food. We need more stores and restaurants in the area.
Because the people were getting tired of the bare shelves and the lack of food and other products in there too. There were several complaints called in about that store.
