I wouldn't eat at a place that has roach's they lay eggs and that place at cleaned at all and that just shows people they ate clean restaurant at all
Their ratings are so low because there isn't a fair ratio of good reviews and bad reviews. Not enough people that do receive good service bother to review, leaving primarily negative reviews.
Me and my family had placed an order for a big dinner box and had ordered dipping sauces never got the them and it had taken them almost 2hours to get the pizza to us and then to top it off had found a Roach in our pizza running around so i had called the them and told them about it and thank goodness the manager had sent out a new pizza and it was good and fresh and hot
