Cant be 100% but i believe it is day use only without campground facilities

Is moonshine beach actually open today?

Is the beach open all year. We'd like to get married in a small 20 min. Wedding service in front of the water & on the sand. There will be 8 people. Us & 6 family members. Just want to exchange vows & take pics .
Can we just show up and swim or do we need to do anything first?
If I were to go in the winter when no one is there, would I be able to do photo shoot with my horse?
Will it be open tomorrow or not because of the accident ?
