You can rent jet skis at the State Park Marina, not far from Moonshibe Beach. There is also a boat launch on the other side of the point that separates the launch area from the swimming area.

Not right at the beach, but there is a boat launch nearby. Rentals are also nearby just not right at the beach area
I didn't see a boat launch pad anywhere there.
There are places nearby for both, but not at the beach site.
No kayak rentals Oregon Rentals for that matter but yes you get there is a way you can launch a boat off out their jet skis because people were out on the lake in their boats
