In most cases you can simply take the item and receipt into any Wal-Mart and they will issue a refund. There are a few exceptions to this however such as the item type, how long ago it was purchased, ect. Take it in and see what they say, if they can't offer the refund they should be able to direct you to the correct place/site for a refund.

Customer service desk they'll fix your problem
Take Customer service with receipt they will return
Go into the store
Take it to customer service at the store they'll take it back.
