5 times i have been in an ordered spicy chicken 5 times they gave me regular. This is poor customer service. If i wanted regular i would have asked for it. Really getting sick of this location😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I would have went back, and told them they gaveyou the wrong item. They will exchange it for you..

Same thing happened to me. I took it back had to wait 20 minutes because they gave my order away the first time. That location just sucks as far as service goes. Check your order before you leave. More than not it's gonna be wrong

I did take it back but I should not have to wait 15 mins for my food and when I went in because it took so long they forgot about my order.
