I thought there was no smoking allowed at Dillinger Park? Every time we come here there are parents on the playground with cigarette in hand.

I for one like to have a smoke but can find a quiet spot and respect our other families. Just an absolute not anywhere is authorian rules in the making. Has been since the 60s.

There are people who do not believe the rules apply to them. That they are above or better than everyone or that they just don't care about the safety, welfare and health of anyone else. I profoundly regret that you continually encounter these indifferent and ignorant individuals, but while your indignation is appropriate, we can only rise above and set a better example and pray for the enlightenment of those so selfish and mean. Don't allow such crass behaviors ruin you day or your calm.

All you have to do is recreation person and report or the police that comes thur and check from time to time and report it to them they will be around more often to watch . Givevrgat a try it may help I had something similar at a park not to long ago and it work for me

well its supposed to be no smoking but people dont pay any attention to it.
