That's a question you' have to ask the restaurant. They may not share it if it's a secret recipe.
All I can tell you is that I came up with the recipe in 1990. And its been a hit ever since. Glad you like them. 😉
Sorry it's a secret. The owner worked for a different restuarant some time ago.
