Why only one person doing drinks? There are 13 people waiting! There's one employee taking orders, one in the back doing who-knows-what and two standing around discussing inventory. Surely getting your customers their drinks is more important...

well the two discussing inventory are probably shifts and that's part of their responsibility, and one in the back was prolly a) on break or b) grabbing supplies. And staffing for that day also contributes as well. :D
