Well if you did look at the right table. It's very possible your server thought you had left and used your 5 to make change I've done this myself. I am a server and a manager at a restaurant and this is common. However the location of this Bob Evans gets a variety of clientel so your 1st thought may also be correct. Are you sure you looked at the right table?? I have done that myself and went back in and noticed that it was the table next to mine I had looked at.
