What area are you located in I have friends that go there often.
No amtrak or grey hound.closest cab is in fairland..
There are also some bus services that go in from different places. You may be able to find that information online. Otherwise it would be an Uber.
Uber
Both amtrak and Greyhound come through Indy, but not Shelbyville. Best bet for cab service is Uber this far from downtown
To my knowledge, transit services aren't available in that area.
