Don't really need to. Always open tables. However, if you are willing to spend, they can reserve a table for you. Talk to your host.

You don't need to. They always have open tables. Talk to the dealer or the pit boss and I'm sure they would set you up with your own table
They do have a private room & a VIP room.
May have to do a private or VIP room, but I'm pretty sure there is a minimum.
