I have not had that problem. But I have had great customer service and I am sorry that happened. I do know that they call you when you lose something that has your name on it. But slow down and breath no one is perfect so just breath we all make mistakes.
Or maybe you could pay attention and not be in such a rush to leave so you can properly get your card back.. Lol.
I always make sure I get my card back anytime I use it.
