Wasn't impressed at all with service.
Worst place to go. Worst communication. Our wedding was scheduled for 5/20/17. We were notified by our guests 15 days before the wedding that they were getting calls from hotel to move their stay to the Holiday Inn in Appleton. Construction started 2015. We were promised completion with ever conversation. They did offer to move our wedding. But gave us almost no notice to be able to decide. Its like they wanted to wait so we has no choice to go anywhere. I found out weddings that were taken place after ours found out before we did. Who knows when they would have said anything if I didnt call. I have to praise the Paper Valley Hotel. They accommodated us our guests and all we wanted in 14 days. Customer service was outstanding. If it were not for them my day would have been a memory of disappointment and headaches.
Hopefully it's complete, my cousin had his wedding there last August and if something could go wrong it did. He took them to small claims court. If u go there, make sure to stress enough staff bartenders. Servers, cooks.
We only stayed during construction and thought it was fine.
In December when my son and family stayed there, a bit of remodeling was still going on. The pool was open, and the restaurant was also. They said they enjoyed the meals very much. I thought they have done an amazing job of fixing up the place.
Yes, yes, and I would call about the group rate. Great place to stay, comfortable, clean, updated!
