In store, online or at some grocery stores you can get get one as well (i.e. Target, Jewel-Osco). Any Gap brand gift card can be used within the family of brands (Banana Republic, Gap, Old Navy).
You can pickup gift cards at the checkout register. Sometimes when it's busy, an employee on the floor can help you so that you don't have to wait in line.
