I now have to drink decaf,most other reastraurt have it old or burned. You have it fresh but not very hot.i got mine w cream so I thought that's why mine wasn't hot but my son got his black and his wasn't hot either.hows come? Other wise yum 😁

I had ordered a coffee from another Tim Hortons location & my coffee was cold too. However, they explained it was due to me requesting too much cream in it. They offered to make me about it cup or reheat it for me. I didn't want to waste it so I said reheat. It was tasting too awesome to dump. Lol

They are supposed to be making it fresh every 20 minutes, ask them to make it fresh. Maybe Monroe's Tim Hortons is terrible at company policy
