They just double up on there dough. So it will be alittle thicker. But not much thicker.but the regular pizzas are pretty good. I found no need to get the other type after getting it once.
Thicker, puffier crust. More yummy burned parts. They're the best fast, Chipotle-style pizza place around, personally.
Their pizza is flat normally, but the high rise simply makes it rise...comparable to Marcos, between Marcos regular crust and papa John's regular crust. Not quite deep dish if comparing to a jets square...I eat too much pizza lol.
I ordered this crust. I'd say it's a thicker crust. Maybe similar to deep dish?
