I bought a motoG7 phone last year and now have a problem with it. I can't get the back off it to see if it is a battery problem. I have the original box it came in but I can't find the receipt.. Can I still have a technician check out the phone ?

When i approached them for help last week with my insurance plan they told us that they dont take care of phone problems. The electronics people basically said it isnt their issue to work on. It was a bummer. If you got the 2 year insurance plan then that third party can help.
