Does Fest. Foods have Weekly Ads that we can borrow in the store so we don't have to bring them?

Yes just pick one up on the way into the store and leave it on top of your purchases and the checker scans it for coupons at the end

Most Cashiers will automatically scan the ad even if you don’t have it. The self check outs always have one for you to use also.

Yup. There's a stand just inside the doors. Then follow what Jase J. said. Or, if you use self check out, you scan the bar code on the paper yourself and leave it on top of the register for them to collect.
