Yes they are. It is best to call and make sue they have the tire you need in stock as a lot of the tires they have at a warehouse. And they do get busy at certain times of the day and week. If you are a walk in they will push it off as long as they cannto make sure the oppointments that are scheduled are priority

Yes they get very busy on weekends it is best to call to check how much of a wait or if they have time to get your vehicle in.
