New normal. They were out of sauce on my last order.
My most recent experiences (twice) have been positive in the cheese factor. We ordered medium pizzas, and I thought they were extremely cheesy.
It is policy that 7 oz of cheese goes on all regular large pizzas. You can definitely call and complain to corporate if any more issues arise.
I've never had a problem.
