Is everyone here high today? Was told order wasn't ready, when I finally received it, it was room temperature to cold. Lost all my future business, sad I used to love this place.

I just want it to be known that Cracker Barrel in Monroe has had poll workers test positive for covid and are still letting them work please be safe and cautious when going out I've contacted the manager at Cracker Barrel named Hunter and he is refusing to listen and he is refusing to allow the co-workers to go home and quarantine themselves so when you go to that restaurant you're putting yourself and others at risk of getting covid.. please if u have loved ones let them know..

They have had issues keeping up with demand since the Michigan stay home order took place. There online order process is not set up to handle the volume in an effective manor. I would guess they are having staffing issues as well

They do take a long time and don't coordinate the timing right. They are friendly though and have a clean bathroom but you are right and it's happened to me too.
