Are there any picnic tables on the river bank where you can watch boats go by

The store is open 7 days a week, the surrounding shops are open on the weekends, but expect very little parking on weekend, and a lot of motorcycles.

Don't know about a picnic area but there is a flight of steps that goes down to the river and a landing down there with a perfect view. The flight of steps is located at the furthest building Downriver from the General Store, left hand side.
