Yes, The Post Exchange on Rock Island Arsenal does sell electronics. There is not a huge selection, more items available during the Holiday Season. Most folks would compare this to a shopett, it is not a typical exchange like you would find on larger posts.The Island is located within the Quad Cities, and there are other shopping centers close by. Also, customer service is very friendly, you could call ahead if there is a particular item you are looking for. Hope this helps
