R dogs allowed

I saw a few people carrying little dogs and 1 dog in a stroller. No big dogs.

You got have them on a leash

The sign on the front doors says that dogs must be held or in carriers and that they are not allowed in the food court. But it doesn't specify that they must be service animals.

Gonna agree with everyone else here. I do believe you are allowed to have them outside but preferably not inside
