Shame really..it was one of our favorite places to eat... I don't think we'll be back.
Yes because management sucks and the servers are not good at all
This was the first metro i visited two years ago. The service has drastically declined since i first ate at the restaurant. Very poor and inconsistent server training. Ironically one of the "trainer" servers waited on me and she had no clue what she was doing. The person hiring the servers is where i would place my focus for that problem. The food/presentation has also gotten worse. Sloppy work by cooks. Poor oversight by expeditor. Cooks whipping gloved hands on apron. Flour covered hat worn by cook. Undercooked food. Barely warm entrees. I have stopped eating at this location after a bad experience with a server. The only bright spot is the new gm Casey. She really cares about guest service, food prep, cleanliness etc. She is great! I hope she straightens the place out and does not get burned out. Savannah is counting on her to fix the place.
I agree, took my mom and her husband for dinner last night, my "braised beef tips" looked like someone threw up on a plate. Only 1 bad experience here before, and was not the food then. But have noticed last few times ther food is not as good, definitely gone down hill

I am not for sure exactly what has happened but there is definitely a big difference
