Each store is different
Quite sure most outlet stores are running sales. It may not be as cheap as we would like, but a little lower than normal. Enjoy and be safe.
Columbia was having sales for Memorial Day...not sure about the rest though
One thing I hate is when you see an item and its priced way high and then clerk has a calculator showing the sale price.
Unless there is some major reason that the stores need to be closed they stay open. The outlets do offer some great savings. I think that people should go online and check the prices at the major stores are selling the items they want beforehand. Then go to the outlets. I myself love a certain type of bath soap and powder that smells like honey. The department stores sell that soap for 35.00. I have bought it from the outlets for less than 20.00. Other times I noticed that the outlets were sometimes more expensive. It is a nice place just to walk around and enjoy being there. There are a couple cookie shops with fresh baked cookies and hot coffee for sale. It is enjoyable to find a place to sit and people watch while having coffee and cookies.
Yeah, always for major holidays. It's America, any excuse will do to have a sale.
Working in retail in my previous years I'm sure certain stores will definitely have a sale.
