Yes - we go there in the summer - resident is very friendly and lets go to the top of the lighthouse and the other structures (I think they live in the house, so we don't go there) - make sure you wear shoes...its rocky!

A small group of us clean up the island every year and the lighthouse and walkway are all open to the public. The resident on the island tells us so every year. Feel free to pull to the dock and explore the island.

No. A family currently does live in the lighthouse. The island is open to the public but not the lighthouse. I do believe they have days that you can tour it though.
