I used to get my gas grill propane tank filled there. I called and asked if this was still done and cashier told me that I would have to fill it myself. Is there someone who instructs you how to do that? Or some type of instructions on how to do it?

Report this place to State, you cannot fill the tank yourself with their system, it is illegal and dangerous if you are not properly trained and are not a employee of that business and or business that owns and services the filling tank and systems,

Mobil sells propane ...just bring in your old propane tank providing it is in decent condition and u can purchase a brand new one ...just give the store a call best time is early am and they will be more than happy to help or answer any questions
