Lines are a part of life, maybe try going at a different time. Waiting your turn teaches patience to those around you. After all, waiting 5 to 10 minutes for food hardly seems like a crisis.

Never seen a line at bakery, and I'm there at least 2x/week since store opened. (So nice not to have to drive out of state to buy a banana!)
Walmart is notorious for understaffing service counters. I would recommend using walmart for simple shopping and not grocery. If you need to go to Walmart you'll need to budget the extra time to wait in the lines at both deli and bakery aswell as the front end checkout.
Waiting less than 10 minutes for food is not a big deal, if you're in that much of a hurry, get fast food. Lines are everywhere to u go, if u can't wait less than ten minutes for food then u must not be very hungry.
