Yes! They say on their website they are dog friendly as long as on a leash! Love this. I have taken my dog and gone into stores while he rides in my back pouch!

If it is an ESA (Emotional Support Animal), then they really can't. But I would call & ask about their ESA policy- just on the safe side.
Yes! There's usually lots of people... so I would prepare my dog accordingly if they arent used to being around people and kids. They aren't allowed in the stores i don't think. And there isnt a way to tie them up outside... but i don't think i would want to anyway. Theres a lot of people usually

It is all open area so i would think so, probably not in the stores.
