Some of the employees need customer service training. The last time I shopped at the Woodridge location (about a month ago) the checker had a few issues with me and I promised her I will do my best to not be a bother to her in the future. That was the first time in 8 years I have been treated rudely at that location. I was in the 20 items or less line , I thought it was OK if I went 5 items over. (4 pouches of tuna and 4 Cans of peaches put me in the illegal zone.) I made the payment with my debit card and wanted $20.00 in small bills as the change. She refused my request stating she might run out of small bills. I also will be shopping here less although I enjoy the taco and Chicken tenders in the Hot Deli.
