Yes, children are allowed. I was there Friday and my friend had her 5 mo th old son with her.
If you are talking about the event races, and the children are going to be outside,.. of course they can be on the premises. If they do come in and use the bathroom or if they are not opened and they're signing up and getting their bibs and with their parents of course they can do that.
