Well, they have soup, and it's almost certainly homemade. I say almost certainly because the whole idea of the supermarket food court is to have a way to sell produce and meat that are nearing expiration or marred in some way that makes them unlikely to be bought (think of a cucumber that is misshapen or scarred). It doesn't make sense to buy soup and then sell it when you are throwing away the ingredients on the daily.
