Perhaps it has something to do with the number of guests at the table; I would check the fine print and ask the server.

I waited on you that day , but another server checked you out. The tip was not and never is included in the bill. I add tax to each item thats ordered , so you must have thought there was an over charge there because the price didn't match the price on the menu. Sorry for the confusion!
