Definitely seasonal I haven't seen any in a few weeks. At best they might have some at Christmas tree shop if you're able to check it out
I personally have not seen flip flops here for a few weeks. But if your in the area you could check. I was just in there a couple days ago and didn't see flip flops or sandals. Good luck
