I haven't seen any restrictions on alcohol listed on the menu, so if there are, likely it's city rules. They do a crazy bloody Mary which is typically a morning drink.I think it's just breakfast until 11, maybe 10, but it never hurts to ask because they are accommodating.
Breakfast is all day, but dinner and lunch are not available in the morning normally.
