South east of the Nunda Schoal boat ramp are buoys across the lake. The area north and east of those are - 5mph. Part of the reason is that the trees start to show themselves as the lake drops, like this time of the year. They could be pretty hazardous to jet skiers and tubers when they're just under the surface.
Near the docks and about half the lake for the fishing area on the north side of the lake.
