It's outdoors so I would imagine it depends on the individual store policies but I am not certain.
Nevada is an open carry state but you would have less problems with concealed carry
It is an open air mall. The public gardens I guess would be okay. But the majority of stores don't prefer you have a gun inside the store. if you have that much of a concern for your own personal safety I wouldn't go. There are quite a few little kids there.
Yes leave them in you're car. Yes each store has their own policy about guns. Ask manager or security. Some allow some don't.
Don't open carry, and don't carry into stores. But no, not allowed.
