Yes, but only on the outside of the stores. Is it's handicap dog then you can take it inside stores. Walking around the stores and places inside town square is pet friendly.
It's usually busy with kids, families, and business members so if it's bigger than a miniature poodle I would leave the 4-legged loved one at home in the A/C.
