Came in to one of your locations to get free wash at 1 in the morning on Dec 15 you store manager Darryl Smith did not honor it said that it was an old post after I had already put the clothes and the soap and fabric softer and couldn't do anything

The free wash was supposed to be from 1am t 7pm thats what was on line I get here they said no card needed just start washing

The free wash will be on your card. Well at least it was on mine. When i went load my card it came up that way twice i done it that way. But when I first started going there they told me the same thing.
