I was there about a month ago and they were not allowing dogs at all.
It’s not a business’ decision to not allow dogs inside their establishment, it’s the health departments. Legally, you should be allowed to have your dog outside provided you don’t enter in through the restaurant. Session might choose to say no as a policy, but I don’t believe there is a legal reason to tell you otherwise.
